replica of the Polar Balloon “Ornen” for the movie about Swedish polar
explorer S. A. Andrée who tried to reach the North Pole by balloon 1897.
Organiser
of a number of National Balloon events and also the 1976 European Hot Air
Balloon Championship and the 1979 World Hot Air Balloon Championships.
Awarded
the FAI Air Sport Medal 1993 and the FAI Montgolfier diploma 1996.
Holder
of 2 Swedish National Records for Roziere Balloons.
Participated
Gordon Bennett 1984, 1985 and Albuquerque 1993 and World Championships 1996.
Best place 6th.
